The Makita HR006GZ is a cordless SDS-Max rotary hammer with 2-mode operation, rotary hammer for masonry drilling and hammer only for chiselling. The HR006GZ features an 80v DC brushless motor powered by twin 40v batteries connected in series and provides the power of a mains machine in a convenient cordless form.

The HR006GZ is packed full of technology for safety and user benefits, including AVT (anti-vibration) for reduced operator fatigue, AFT (active feedback technology) which shuts down the tool if it senses snagging and AWS (auto-start wireless system) for automatic dust extractor operation. Other features include a rubberised grip and adjustable side handle, LED job light for better visibility and a single sleeve SDS-Max chuck for rapid bit change.
